Copp Brewery is a great hidden treasure of Crystal River. They brew their own craft beers and wines. Thursdays is their half priced happy hour which includes their finest brews and fine wines. It's a laid back, comfortable place. They do have a menu and "bar" food. Pizza, burgers, pretzels, etc.
