Singing Bowls Healing Meditation Wed 5/14, **6:30pm**

Tired of the craziness and chaos? Let the sounds and vibrations of the crystal and Tibetan singing bowls take you out of the whirlwind and into a space of deep relaxation and peace.

If you want to arrive early, doors open at 6pm to give you the opportunity to stand in the big grounding bowl before we begin.

Please wear comfortable clothes (dressing in layers is always a good idea) and bring a water bottle if you have one.

We'll also be doing hands-on energy balancing after the meditation for anyone who wants that.

The suggested love offering at the door is $20.
