To celebrate Pride Month and the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall riots, we’re bringing together three speakers to talk about inclusivity within content.
Digital publisher POPSUGAR has recently rebranded their Moms vertical to POPSUGAR Family. The relaunch is intended to speak to all parents and families, rather than to traditional families and moms alone. Nancy Einhart, Executive Editor and SVP of Content at POPSUGAR will give a short presentation on the new section and what went into making this happen.
Consulting company, Logic Dept., will also present their short webinar "Creating Inclusive Digital Spaces Through Information Architecture.” Using The National Center for Transgender Equality as an example, Sam Raddatz and Clair Rock will walk through how language and hierarchy can make a site more accessible to different audiences with varying levels of understanding and sensitivity.
