Concerned about potential age during your job search? In this session we’ll address specific strategies to help employers see you as marketable and a valuable contributor. We’ll cover advantages of hiring mature employees, de-aging your resume, improving your personal presentation, interview tips, dealing with challenging interview questions. In addition,
we’ll highlight skills in demand “(hard “and “soft”)” jobs in demand, and actionable job search strategies.
Speaker’s Bio:
Pat Cross has over 15 years’ experience providing practical, useable information and support to professionals in job search. She’s worked with all levels from individual contributors to senior management and across industries including high tech, healthcare, and manufacturing. She is currently a Senior Career Coach at Bravanti, maintains a private practice, and conducts job search webinars for OnCareer Success. Pat holds a BA in Psychology from Marymount Manhattan College an MA Ed from Washington University.
