Overview of Topic:
Mid-career professionals are facing two conflicting pressures right now as they navigate career transitions: the need to “use AI or fall behind,” alongside a growing concern that AI is making everyone sound the same. It’s easier than ever to apply for roles, but it’s harder to stand out.
This session offers a grounded, systems-based approach to addressing the job market. Rather than competing on volume or perfectly optimized materials, we’ll focus on focusing and clarifying your positioning while showing up with greater distinction.
Using the 3 Elements Career Framework, we’ll look at how to define a forward-looking value proposition, engage your network more intentionally, and build credibility through visible thought leadership. We’ll also explore where AI can be genuinely useful, and where it can quietly dilute your voice if used without intention.
You’ll leave with a few practical steps to sharpen your message, increase your visibility, and create more meaningful conversations without blending in with everyone else.
