AI is changing how work gets done and creating real uncertainty for people in career transition. In this practical, interactive session, Stacey McKibbin will help job seekers rebuild confidence, recognize the uniquely human value they bring, and use AI as a tool rather than view it only as a threat. Participants will learn how to move from fear and indecision to agency and action; distinguish between the routine, repeatable work at the bottom of a job description and the judgment, communication, and relationships required at the top; and define what the right role, manager, culture, and work environment look like for them. They will also learn how to use ChatGPT as an interview and negotiation practice partner; all without outsourcing their thinking, voice, or judgment.
Speaker’s Bio:
