Speaker’s Bio:
From being the little girl who played HR to the traveling HR professional, inventor, and international speaker that she is now, Katherine McCord has had quite a journey. Personally, Katherine has been a foster mother to over seventy animals from dogs to exotics and used to volunteer at a big cat sanctuary where she got up close and personal with lions, tigers, and bears (oh my!). She is also an avid learner and researcher and perpetually studies new topics, takes classes, and works on certifications. Katherine has eight disabilities and says that she is successful WITH her diagnoses, not in spite of them. Professionally, Katherine has spent years working with start-ups and growth-stage companies across the nation to elevate their HR, TA, and Inclusion programs through innovative solutions, research, and inclusion. She is the inventor of the first anti-bias ATS and the designer of the acclaimed Universal Workplace Design and Standard Accommodations programs. She now runs HR and recruiting for an innovative growth marketing firm, TNT Growth. With Katherine, it's all about furthering integrity, inclusion, and innovation.
