How do we evolve from traditional customer support into modern customer success to make sure our customers are successful deploying and using our manufacturing software?
In today’s SaaS world we must make sure complex software is successfully and efficiently deployed by our customers.
In MFE we consider Customer Success as a long-term, scientifically engineered and professionally directed strategy.
Our mission is to increase sustainable proven value for both our customers and Siemens.

Ido Shaked is Director of CS EMEA at Siemens. He oversees the Customer Success activities, deployments, customer events and support for Siemens DM products. Previously he served as Tecnomatix Engineering-QA manager. Ido has 20 years of R&D experience, and holds a BSc in Mathematics & Computer Science from Bar Ilan University.
