Tamara Gurbis has over 15 years of experience in global communications, content strategy, and storytelling, working with mission-driven organizations such as [Tides.org](http://tides.org/), Acumen Academy (Acumen Fund), and other INGOs. She specializes in human-centered narratives, video production, copywriting, digital content creation, and cross-functional, multicultural collaboration. She has also created impactful campaigns that address complex social challenges. Tamara is now exploring ways to advance children's rights through creative and strategic communications, with aspirations to contribute to UNICEF's mission.
