Patsy Cline Tribute

Patsy Cline tribute artist Elizabeth "Liz" Ruffner is slated to headline an Apollo Civic Theatre-Martinsburg Roundhouse benefit concert on May 18.

Set to begin at 4:30 p.m., the concert is part of the annual Founders Day/Martinsburg Heritage Fair & Festival. Admission is $15.
