Mindful Hike at Wadsworth Falls State Park ⛰️🌊

Return to Wadsworthorth Falls is our next mindful hike. This is not a beginners hike. It will be just over 4.5 miles and has a few difficult sections to navigate. We will visit both Big and Little Falls during this hike. We will gather in the main parking lot.
No pets, guests or children, you will be turned away if you attend with any of the three. In agreeing to attend you are agreeing to all group rules. Our hikes have been great successes and l'd like to thank all attendees for their contribution to a good events.
Proper hiking footwear and adequate water are necessary.
Bringing additional gear like polesis a personal safety decision. We will also be incorporating mindfulness skills into our hike like breathing and grounding skills. We would appreciate if phones are put on silent.
