Butterfly Tai Chi Class

Please join us for classes in the wonderful health promoting art of Tai Chi, no prior experience necessary, adults of all ages are welcome to join us. We will practice simple Tai Chi exercises, breathing methods, Tai Chi principles, a traditional Yang style form and more. Tai Chi is well known for being a wonderful way to relieve stress while we enhance balance and harmony for spirit, mind and body. **** Classes will be held at the Center For Higher Learning, Webster Sq., Berlin, CT, $20 per class, join anytime.
