
What we’re about
The purpose of this group is to support local CT people in managing their social and other anxiety. We will be organizing in-person therapy and support groups in the Bristol area. Most health insurance plans are accepted for group therapy. The groups will be facilitated by George Gogas LCSW and other MH professionals. This also includes real people who have worked to overcome their own anxiety and improved their quality of life. Updates, group listings and helpful info will be posted on this page. Groups can be a great way to not feel like we are alone in our struggles. There is strength in numbers. Let’s band together to support each other while learning how to manage anxiety!
