VM Lab Setup (Windows, Linux, and Mac)

Seeing if there is any interest in this. When practicing cybersec (either red or blue team) you’ll want to work in virtual machine lab environments that are sandboxed from your host machine. Getting these VM instances set up is the first step when practicing with your tools.
