I have been passionately looking for my own answers for more than 30 years. Only in the last few years have I worked out that the answer is much simpler and easier than I imagined. I’d love to walk you through the three important lessons I’ve uncovered.
What I’ll be sharing isn’t something you’ll find in one book or a blog — it’s taken years of lived experience, both personal and professional.

A bit about me
Over the last 30 years, I’ve been passionate about this. I have read hundreds of books and done more courses than I can count. Some methods I have spent thousands of hours practising, and I have travelled to the US to learn because training wasn't available here. I even went to university as a mature student and did a Graduate Certificate in Mental Health Practice (and received an Academic Commendation) and a Master’s in Counselling.
More importantly, I’ve done my best to apply what I have learnt in my life — as a corporate educator, as a partner, a parent, step-parent, grandparent, and as a human being navigating the everyday challenges of life.
This session brings together everything I’ve learned—from education, personal practice, and real life—into the simplest, most direct way I know to create a life with more happiness and contentment.
My hope is that I can make it much easier for you to experience more of those feelings in your life.
