Join us for a presentation and discussion led by Yale scientist, public health researcher and water quality expert Dr. Iris Kaminski -- the first presentation in a series that HAC will be doing around the topic of water.

Water is the least appreciated substance. There are very few things we cannot live without; water is one of them. We take it for granted when we it comes out our faucet and flushes our toilets. But we are living in a time of unprecedented threats to our water: climate change, microplastics, forever chemicals, etc.

 How will climate change affect our water supply?
 What about all those chemicals?
 Too much water and no water – what happens when it floods?
 Is technology our savior?

These are some questions that Dr. Iris Herz Kaminski will help us to understand.
