Panel & Discussion - Options for Scaling Team Beyond NYC

We will discuss different options for scaling your team beyond NYC. Many teams are struggling to hire fast enough, so the question is how do you supplement your NY team with other options.

Some of the options we'll discuss:

1. Opening up a second office in another location, the engineers would be employees.

2. Working with an offshore partner, who would be responsible for hiring and management, but the engineers work along with yours.

3. Hiring satellite workers, essentially moving to hybrid office/distributed development model, and making your hiring geography-agnostic.
