Workshop for Tech Leads / New Technical Leaders

Note: We will start at 6:30 exactly.

This session will be specifically targeted at new technical leaders. We will go over several scenarios a tech lead is likely to face. We will divide into groups, and discuss the scenarios. Afterward, we will discuss each with the larger group and understand different ways to handle the situations.

As always, a group of us will hang out afterwards at a bar nearby.
