About Our Training
We are a community of dancers passionate about authentic Cuban dance culture.
Our focus goes beyond learning figures. We explore musicality, body movement, partner connection and the traditions behind Son, Rumba, Casino and Timba, while continuously developing our technique in a supportive and motivating environment.
The training is led by professional Cuban dancer Mijail Galano Mesa and is designed for dancers who want to deepen their understanding of traditional Cuban dance.

Level
This training is intended for intermediate and advanced dancers with solid Cuban Salsa fundamentals.
The pace is adapted to our regular participants and assumes previous experience with Cuban partner dancing.
No partner is required.
Languages: English, German and Spanish.

Training Schedule
15:00 – Cuban Lady & Men Style
Solo technique, body movement and styling.
16:00 – Rumba Cubana
Traditional movement, rhythm and body isolation.
17:00 – Son Cubano
The elegant roots of Cuban partner dancing.
18:00 – Casino & Timba
Partner work, musicality and modern Cuban social dancing.
Each class lasts 60 minutes.

Prices
CHF 25 per 60-minute class.
Payment can be made directly to Mijail at the studio via Cash or TWINT.

Community & Organization
To keep communication simple, we organise our regular training through a private WhatsApp community where attendance is managed via chat polls.
How to join

• Join us for a training session first before being added to the WhatsApp group.
• To keep the chat active and organised, members who are inactive for a longer period may be removed. You are always welcome to rejoin whenever you return.
• Please ask Mijail before taking photos or recording videos during class.
