Welcome to the CubanFit Run Club. This meet-up is designed to help you build your body, strengthen your discipline, connect with other women, and pour back into yourself through movement and community.

What to Expect:
We will begin with a light warm-up, followed by an easy-paced run/walk suitable for all levels. No one is left behind. The goal is consistency, connection, and showing up for yourself. We’ll close with a cool-down stretch and brief group moment before heading out.

What to Bring:
• Comfortable activewear (CUBANFIT 😊😉)
• Running shoes
• Water
• Optional: a small towel or waist pouch

How to Find Us:
Exact meet-up location will be shared prior to the run. Look for the group gathered near the designated spot, and feel free to approach — everyone is welcome.

This run club is beginner-friendly and community-centered. Whether you are running for the first time or returning to your routine, you belong here.
