Details
Circling is a relational practice that focuses on self-awareness, authentic connection and interpersonal energy. You may think of it as mindfulness while sharing with others.
Imagine:
- a friendly, safe space you share with others to engage in your present-moment feelings,
- where you can observe how you react to others and how others react to you in a non-judgemental way,
- where your inner world is more important than anything happening “out there,”
- where your boundaries are safe, hence you can come out of your comfort zone if you choose to.
Together, through a series of meditative, yet social exercises, we create a field in which you can engage deeply with your true self and share it with others, without fear of judgment.
Circling is deep, yet fun... a profound way to meet new friends... and yourself.
