What if touch, play, and connection could feel safe again?
Join us for an evening of Embodied Play โ a guided, non-verbal movement practice where we explore connection, curiosity, and authentic expression through the body. Step onto the mat and discover how playful exploration can lead to profound intimacy, emotional openness, and joyful aliveness.
This evening has a simple and clear design, and guided all the way through. Together, weโll move from grounding into ourselves to connecting with others through spontaneous, moment-to-moment dynamics of play. The evening flows from body awareness, to playful partner work, and ends with a nourishing Belly2Belly meditation.
No experience needed โ just your willingness to explore at your own pace. Everything is an invitation. You choose how and with whom to engage, every step of the way.
This workshop is non-sexual, inclusive, and gently guided โ a space to rediscover the safety and beauty of human touch and connection.

No prior experience is required. We offer different gendered tickets to ensure a balanced group dynamic, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment for all participants.
