As per any other word in the dictionary, power per se carries no connotation other than the ability to exert your own will. Nevertheless, societies are constantly molding concepts.
It takes electric power to switch a light on, to use an oven, to lift a weight at the gym.
We use our thinking power to make everyday-life decisions.
And we are all constantly engaging in power relationships as most community and society systems are not horizontal. Power is one of the lenses through which we interact with others.
Do You acknowledge your Power? How often are you aware of using It?
Come and share with us your feelings about power, shake your personal awareness of it, and power those end of session hugs.

Café Consciente is a circle for sharing and co-creating energy, where each person holds space to listen compassionately. Therefore, we invite participants to bring their cups - and a snack if they wish - to help create an environment for sharing.
We have limited seating to ensure everyone is seen and heard, even if they participate in silence. Please reserve your space by filling out the form They are given on a first-come, first-served basis. You'll receive a confirmation email soon.
A minimum of 5 participants is required for the event to take place.
Please let us know in advance if you can’t make it, to free up space for someone else on the waiting list.

Contribution: The minimum contribution is €15, but please feel free to donate any amount that reflects the impact the event had on you. (MBWay, Paypal, Revolut, or Cash)
About the facilitators:
Cristian and Nadia combine their different paths to create a middle ground for exploring our psyche and well-being. Their broad experience in body-somatic work, cultural diversity and inclusion, meditation, and other traditional and holistic tools guide us in self-observation and comprehension of our body-mind-soul experience.
