This Lab offers a gradual and supportive experience, ideal for those who are curious, cautious, or seeking a deeper understanding in a safe and intentional setting.

### What’s Included:

• Guided meditation & relaxation techniques
• Educational talk on how psilocybin interacts with the brain and body
• Gradual medicine experience — starting with a light introduction, deepening with intention.
• Group integration and sharing circle
• No-rush, full-day container — stay until you feel fully grounded
• Max 3 participants per session to ensure safety and care

### Who is this for?

• People curious about psychedelic work but not ready to join a full retreat
• Anyone feeling hesitant or nervous, but called to explore in a gentle and informed way
• Those interested in understanding the science and experience of plant medicine
• Individuals seeking a safe and guided first step
• People wanting to connect with others in small, intimate settings (max. 3 per group)

### Session Dates:

• May 10 (strongly recommended for first-time participants)
• May 24 (can be attended independently, but ideally after May 10)

You may attend either session, but participating in both is recommended for deeper integration and group cohesion.

### Location:

Quiet controlled space near the ocean, CASA 3 Studio in Cruz Quebrada (Next to Álges).

### Contribution:

• 100€ per session (200€ for both the 10th and 24th)
• Optional: contribute more to support someone else
