Welcome Valentine’s Sangria Cocktail
While enjoying your valentine’s cocktail, we will take you through the preparation, cooking and enjoyment of a two-course dinner suitable for you and your Valentine.
In this hands on class, you'll prepare your meal yourself, learn new skills and explore romantic recipes under the expert guidance of Chef Tony.

Whether you're a kitchen whiz or just starting out, this class caters to all skill levels. Post-cooking, you'll sit down in a beautifully decorated setting to enjoy your culinary masterpieces. 🍝🥂

MAIN COURSE:
Fillet Mignon with Porcini Mushroom butter and broccolini.
OR
Sicilian Salmon with Garlic Broccolini and tomatoes.

DESSERT:
Mixed berry Eton Mess with Rose Water Cream, Mixed Berries and Raspberry Sorbet.
