    Join Suyog Mody and Anu Menon, co-founders of Driftaway Coffee, for a decadent exploration of two of the world’s most beloved flavors—coffee and chocolate.

    You’ll taste three single-origin coffees from Driftaway paired with three small-batch chocolates from Raaka, each selected to showcase the unique terroirs, processing methods, and flavor profiles behind them.

    This guided tasting covers everything from understanding how origin, fermentation, and roasting influence taste, to identifying notes, body, and mouthfeel, to discovering how each pairing enhances and transforms the other.

    Throughout the session, Suyog and Anu will share insights from Driftaway’s journey and Raaka’s craft, offering stories of connection from farm to roaster to chocolatier.

    This hands-on class covers everything from choosing the right coffee and mastering pour-over tools to tasting like a pro and avoiding common pitfalls.

    Throughout the class, you’ll also get to learn more about what inspired Driftaway Coffee’s conception as Suyog and harp on the importance they place on prioritizing working with women-owned and minority producers.

    Whether you’re new to pour overs or looking to refine your skills, this session will help you brew café-quality coffee at home.
