The Culpeper NAACP Health, Wellness & Advocacy Committee will be hosting the RRHD’s Community Health Team in providing Narcan training and kit disbursement.
In the past five years, the Virginia health district has experienced over 200 overdose deaths. This all-hands training event will be providing lifesaving information and support from Rappahannock -Rapidan Health Services and other community organizations such as Culpeper Overdose Awareness.org, S.E.E. Recovery Center, Spirit Works Foundation, S.A.F.E and the Culpeper Police Department.
