Based on the teachings of the Buddha, the most compassionate teacher, who gave us the formula for making peace a daily practice.

If you feel tight in your body and don't know how to shake any stuckness out of it, then this group is for you.

If you are ready to release painful memories and find healing, hope, and happiness, then this group is for you.

Welcome to your weekly sacred circle, where you can imbue in the energy of chanting sacred Buddhist texts, feel seen, heard, held and healed.
