Join this supportive group to unwind, reduce stress and reconnect with yourself. Using IFS-based meditation and guided reflection, we explore the parts of you that carry anxiety and pressure. End your week with calm, clarity and shared connection.
In this session we will get to connect yourself to your inner Self, learn to connect with yourself from within, gain some insight about what is needed to achieve self compassion and a new perspective.
