Emotional resilience and control is the thread running through all the ten session I have planned. Each session will have a different focus. With the help of relevant concepts, and shared wisdom in the group, we will work on identifying triggers that cause emotional upset, which in turn affects our behavior. I will share mindfulness practices that will help you manage intense emotions in the moment. By the end of the program you will be have more awareness of rising emotional states, and tools to manage emotions before they can upend situations. You will learn to respond rather than react.
