Learn the Secret of Body, Breath and Mind!
Through the approach of using the physical body, controlling the breath and learning about the mind, we aim to bring the mind under control for meditation. Meditation is the practice through which we gain clarity, intuition, and freedom from the constraints of our mind’s constant thoughts. As a result, daily life becomes filled with ease and we can live joyously and peacefully, giving the best of ourselves to each and every moment.
This ongoing class will focus on providing a foundation to what Yoga is, as well as the practices of asana (physical postures used to prepare the mind for meditation) and meditation.
Class Time: 10:30am – Noon, every 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturday of the month
Class Fee:
$20 cash or check per class – All proceeds go to support Mahayogi Yoga Mission, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the teachings of Yoga in their original and most authentic form.
