What we’re about
Food brings people together – it's a big part of many cultures, be it Indian, Italian, Polish or any other
We’re a small group of expats living in Lille, from different parts of the world, and we’d love to share our cooking traditions with you!
Each time, we’ll explore a different cuisine, cook together, and enjoy the meal we made. It’s all about good food, fun conversations, and learning from each other.
No experience needed – just come hungry and ready to have a good time!

Christmas Around the World: A Cozy Afternoon of Cookies & Connection
Gambetta Lille, Rue Manuel, Lille, FRWinter is here in Lille, and Christmas is arriving with all its colours. Every country celebrates it differently, and this year we’re bringing those traditions into one cozy afternoon.
At our next Cultural Kitchen Exchange event, locals from different cultures will share how they celebrate Christmas back home — and we’ll bake their traditional Christmas cookies together. A small world tour through spice, sweetness, and shared stories.
The sweetest part: we’ll pack the cookies beautifully so you can take them home as handmade gifts for your family. Heartfelt, personal, multicultural.
We’ll play Christmas family games, enjoy homemade festive drinks and snacks, and create the kind of warm gathering that makes people feel connected instantly.
This one is special. Don’t miss this cozy Christmas afternoon — a moment to connect, celebrate, and carry a little piece of the world back home.
