We’ll begin with a guided breathing session, inspired by South Indian techniques to bring mental peace and focus.
Then, step into the kitchen to cook a homemade South Indian meal — real mom-style recipes full of spices, flavour, and love.
You’ll learn about Indian ingredients, sip on fresh masala chai, and enjoy a dinner where we serve you until you’re full and happy!
We’ll end with fun cultural games and warm conversations with new friends.
