Why we meet?
This will be our most intense activity, prepare to boost your heart rate, which brings many benefits, like burning the fat and better cardiovascular health.
We will do short intense exercises, each followed by brief recovery periods.
This session is not recommended for people with cardiovascular conditions or serious joint issues.
