This time at Cultural Kitchen Exchange, we’re taking you to North India with a full meal – from starters to dessert!
No workshop, no hard work – just come, enjoy freshly made authentic Punjabi food, and spend a relaxed evening making new connections and friends.
We’ll kick things off with a fun icebreaker to help everyone feel comfortable, then we’ll share dinner together:
Menu:
Starter: Dahi Veg Kebab – A vegetarian kebab made with yogurt, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, melting in your mouth with every bite.
Main Course: Chole Bhature – A North Indian specialty of spiced chickpea curry served with a large, fluffy, deep-fried bread made from all-purpose flour.
Drink: Masala Chai – You know it already ;)
Dessert: Rabri (Jaggery Version) – A creamy dessert made by slowly simmering milk until thick, flavored with dry fruits, and naturally sweetened with jaggery instead of refined sugar.
To wrap up the night, we’ll play a Flavors Game, where you smell and guess Indian tastes — and maybe win a prize!
Come hungry, leave happy — and definitely with a few new connections!
