Lebanon may be small on the map, but its culture is vast, layered, and deeply alive.

In this Kitchen Exchange, we bring Lebanese culture through what it does best: food, stories, and shared time around the table.

Together, we’ll cook and share traditional Lebanese dishes — home recipes shaped by history, resilience, family, and love. In Lebanon, food is never just food. It’s how people gather, remember, and care for one another.

It’s a cultural exchange — a space to slow down, cook side by side, share stories, and connect across cultures.
