INTERACTIVE Exhilarating Chakra Breathwork w/Movement, Chant & Therapeutic Touch in supportive physically connected postures; + Interactive Sound Healing Activities w/Tibetan Singing Bowls/Bells & Medicine Drums!

Enjoy a deeper sense of community & much more fun practicing interactively! Deeply nurture each other sharing uplifting exercises, in pairs & small groups! No partner or experience necessary.
While meditating on our goals & focusing on positive thoughts, we circulate movement, breath, & sound exercises thru our head, throat, chest, solar plexus, abdomen, pelvic area, & base of spine – where the most essential systems for health & well being are located. A gentle but dynamic aerobic & flexibility workout thru these vital channels called ‘Chakras’, which strengthens & opens them; deeply releasing everything & anything not good for mind body or spirit. Awaken all the senses & end each gathering with a happier, lighter, more pleasurable experience of life!
