The Relaunch: Morning Coffee/Networking In Culver City Venue TBD based on RSVPs

It’s time to wake this group up.

We’ve been dormant for over a year, but the real estate market hasn't stopped moving. If you’ve been waiting for a sign to get back out there, network, and find deals—this is it.

Here is the deal: This meetup is what YOU make of it. Passive observing doesn't build a portfolio; active networking does. We are restarting with a focused, no-nonsense morning meetup to talk shop, share leads, and help each other make money.

Logistics:

• When: Feb 25th @ 8:00 AM
• Where: Culver City. The specific venue depends on YOU.

I am booking a venue based on the headcount. If we have 10 people, we do coffee. If we have 50, we take over a larger space.
