It’s time to wake this group up.
We’ve been dormant for over a year, but the real estate market hasn't stopped moving. We are restarting this group with a focused, no-nonsense morning meetup to talk shop, share leads, and help each other make money.
The Plan: We are meeting at The Culver Hotel in the main lobby. This is a casual but focused networking session. No speakers, no sales pitches—just active investors connecting over coffee.
Logistics:
- When: Wednesday, Feb 25th @ 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM
- Where: The Culver Hotel (9400 Culver Blvd). Look for us in the lobby seating area.
- Coffee: Grab a coffee at the "West & Co" counter inside the hotel or at the bar before joining the group.
- Parking: Valet is available at the hotel, or use the public parking structure next door (Cardiff & Culver).
Who is this for? If you are serious about investing in 2026, I expect to see you there. Whether you are a flipper, landlord, or wholesaler, come ready to discuss what you are working on.
