Unwind midweek with a crystal alchemy singing bowl sound bath hosted by your "neighbors" Jeremy and Laura
What to expect: We'll start with a few minutes to settle in, learn a little bit about qigong and what it feels like, then Jeremy will introduce the bowls and lead you through some easy breathwork and guide you to set an intention (like peace, love, freedom, relaxation, or one you choose). Then you'll lie back and let the sound wash over you for about 30-40 minutes. Most people fall asleep and during that period, Laura applies qigong energy for you, to release more. All hands-free healing, no effort—just rest. We wrap up with time to slowly come back and chat if you'd like.
What to bring: Yoga mat, pillow, and blanket water. Wear comfy clothes.
No experience needed. Just show up ready to relax and let go of that heavy stuff.
