Our 90 minute SUP Pilates class will begin with a warm up and quick lesson in paddle basics followed by a 60 minute Pilates class on the paddle board. Students will enjoy paddling out on the lake, anchoring their boards and then participating in a floating Pilates class. The class will incorporate a variety of standing and seated poses, as well as laying positions that develop core strength, mobility and posture. Finish the class with deep stretches.
