Our SUP Yoga class is a 90-minute class starting with a quick lesson in paddle basics then a 60-minute yoga class on the board. Students will enjoy paddling out to a quiet spot on the lake; we'll anchor our boards and begin with a centering breath. SUP Yoga includes a variety of yoga poses. We'll provide modifications to accommodate all levels. We will take a few quiet moments before paddling back; experiencing savasana on the water is something you'll never forget. Beginners and advanced alike will enjoy this fun and relaxing class. We suggest you wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting wet, as well as sunscreen, a hat, strap for your sunglasses, and bring a towel. Come to class well hydrated and ready to have fun and improve your practice.
Class is $50 and includes paddle board and equipment. If you bring your own board, anchor and gear the cost is $30. Please use coupon byob if bringing your own board. Registration is required.
