This discussion aims to explore instant happiness, stress, and sustainable well-being, inviting participants to reflect on their personal experiences. We will engage in a thoughtful dialogue about the physical/mental/spritual well-being.
We will also envision our ideal selves in the future and consider life purpose, guiding principles, and blessings that shape our paths. This interactive session encourages self-discovery and collective insight, aiming to create a supportive environment for personal growth and connection.
Key Discussion Questions
- What is your understanding of wellbeing? why does it matter?
- Which activities give instant happiness—and what are the limits of chasing it?
- How have you pursued lasting wellbeing before? What obstacles showed up?
- Fast-forward 10 years: who is your ideal self, and what will have mattered most?
- What impact do you want to leave? Does life have an ultimate direction?
- Are you living for materials, for people, or for a higher calling of life purpose—and what shift would align you?
- What are “blessings”?
- Is there a pattern to good fortune? Where do you begin?
