Cuppa and a Yarn – A Supportive Space for Carers
Caring for a loved one with mental health challenges can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also feel exhausting, isolating, and overwhelming at times. Cuppa and a Yarn holds space for carers needing that little bit of a recharge within a safe, welcoming space just for carers.
Each month, we gather over a cuppa and some light snacks to take a pause from the daily juggle. It’s a chance to relax, recharge, and connect with others who truly understand what it means to walk in the shoes of a carer.
This group isn’t about pressure or expectations, it’s about community. Whether you want to share your story, listen to others, or simply sit back and enjoy the company of people who get it, you’ll find support and understanding here.
✨ Why join us?
Enjoy time out for yourself in a safe, non-judgemental space
Connect with other carers who understand the ups and downs
Share stories, tips, and encouragement (if you want to!)
Have a cuppa, a snack, and a friendly chat
📅 When: Once a month
🕙 Time: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Everyone is welcome, whether you’ve been caring for years, are new to the role, or simply want to feel less alone in the journey. (This is a strictly Carers group only)
