Hapé & Sananga Ceremony

During this ceremony, Reiki will be offered involving sound therapy via tuning forks, assisting in chakra realignment.

Come back to the Earth, ground, and connect in ceremony with sacred plant medicine from the Indigenous peoples of the Amazon. Rapé or Hapé, pronounced or “ra-pay” or “ha-peh” aids in connecting with our ancestors, clearing the mind, answering a question we’ve been asking, and deepening our meditative state.

Sananga will also be served following Hapé. An explanation of both Sananga and Rapé will be provided before opening the altar. It is crucial to have a foundation as well as respect and deep gratitude for these medicines.

ITEMS TO BRING:

• Blanket and/or towel to sit on
• Hand towel
• Water
• A journal and pen
• Any item that is sacred to you to add to the altar (not required)
