Hi guys I found this really cool class that looks like a lot of fun! I'm always looking for new ways to get in shape and this is pretty different so I'm excited to check it out.
This is an aerial yoga class where we do different yoga exercises all while lifted in a hammock. This relieves 20-80% of your body weight so it makes it easier to go deep into poses and be more flexible! It's great for fitness, stress and anxiety, body awareness, and a lot of other things!
