(How) ought we to judge other Christians?

For this meeting, let's explore a little more about the topic of how (and whether) Christians ought to judge one another. If someone is doing something wrong or unbiblical, should we speak up? Or is that equivalent to "casting the first stone?" What about the expression that "only God can judge us"? Are we in any position to pass judgment over one another?
