Do you think making pasta is difficult? Do you believe you need special equipment to do it? If you'd like to learn how to make your own pasta and still have dinner ready in a reasonable amount of time, join us at the farm! Our in-house chef (Joseph) will show you just how simple it can be—and how much better homemade pasta tastes.
We'll explore two different types of semolina for pasta-making, as well as a method using white flour. I'll also teach you how to make a fun, colourful pasta for a bit of creativity. At the end, we'll taste all three kinds with a couple of vegetarian (but not vegan) sauces that I’ve selected, allowing you to compare their flavours and textures.
Please note, for those with gluten intolerance: although my kitchen isn’t completely gluten-free and celiac guests may face challenges, you’re still very welcome to join. I can prepare a small batch of gluten-free pasta upon request.
To help with planning, please let me know how many will attend by January 12th. We can comfortably host around 12 to 15 people at the farm. Looking forward to seeing you!

***We have a variety of animals on the property including pigs, chickens, horses, indoor dogs and outdoor cats. Please take allergies into consideration we do keep allergy medicine on hand.***
