Confidence is something we often notice in other people, but what actually creates it?
Is confidence about how you look, how you speak, how you carry yourself, or something deeper?

Why do some people seem confident even when they’re nervous, while others can be successful and capable but still doubt themselves?

In this Curious Mind Forum dialogue, we’ll explore what confidence really means and where it comes from.
We’ll talk about self-belief, fear of judgement, comparison, failure, vulnerability and the courage to speak up and question whether confidence is something we naturally have, or something we can develop.

Come with your own experiences and opinions. Let's challenge our assumptions and hopefully discover something new about ourselves.
What makes someone confident and what makes you feel confident?
