Meeting Point: In front of the Ote-mon gate, The Imperial Palace East Gardens

Overview:

• Open to Ph.D. holders, graduate students, and anyone interested in academic discussions.
• Network with like-minded individuals in a relaxed environment.
• No teaching, no formalities—just chatting and getting to know each other.

Agenda:

1. Gathering (15:00): Meet at the Ote-mon gate.
2. Stroll (15:10 - 16:10): Walk around the Imperial Palace and chat about various academic topics.
3. Wrap-Up (16:30): Return to the Ote-mon gate to conclude the event.

Flexibility: No participation fee required. Feel free to leave at any point during the walk, but please arrive on time.
Note: This is not a guided tour of the Tokyo Imperial Palace, but a casual meet-up for academic minds to share thoughts and explore Tokyo together.
Weather: The event will be canceled in case of rain.

流れ:

1. 集合 (15:00): 大手門前で合流。
2. 散策 (15:10 - 16:10): 皇居周辺を散歩しながら、雑談。
3. 解散 (16:30): 大手門前に戻り、イベント終了。

Flexibility: 参加費なし、途中離脱自由ですが開始時間に遅れないでください。リラックスした雰囲気でお楽しみください。
